Extension Request for Exam Retakes
If you bought an online course or any study material and need to retake the exam, use the form below to request an extension for this sitting.We know that mastering the material found in exam problems and examiner’s reports takes time—especially when determining which topics are longer on the current syllabus—and we are committed to supporting you until you pass.
These are the eligibility requirements:
- Online Courses: If you bought an online course, you are eligible for unlimited retakes until you pass.
- Cookbooks & Problem Packs: You are eligible for one free extension. After that, we have a 50% off discount to re-enroll (see below).
Note: Online courses bought before 10/1/22 only come with one free extension.
Once we receive your extension request, we will verify your order and re-enroll you in the course material. This extension ensures you have access to your actuary exam prep tools through your next cas exam registration date and sitting.

We understand that actuarial study materials are expensive, which is why we offer a 20% discount for anyone who’s buying 100% out-of-pocket.

Second Extension Discount
Cookbook & Problem Pack: We offer a 50% discount if you need to retake an exam again after your first free extension. To request this, please use the form below.
Request Second Extension Discount
If you bought an online course instead, you are eligible for unlimited retakes until you pass. Just fill out the extension request form at the top of the page.
