Retakes / Extension Requests
Extension Request for Exam Retakes
If you bought an online course or any study material and need to retake the exam, use the form below to request an extension for this sitting.
These are the eligibility requirements:
- Online Courses: If you bought an online course, you are eligible for unlimited retakes until you pass.
- Study Supplements: If you bought any of the study supplements, you are eligible for one free extension. After that, we have a 50% off discount to re-enroll (see below).
Note: Online courses bought before 10/1/22 only come with one free extension. After that, we have a 50% off discount to re-enroll.
After we get the extension request, we will check for your order and re-enroll you in the material if you’re eligible. With the extension, you’ll have access through the exam date for this sitting.

Study Supplements: We offer a 50% discount if you need to retake an exam again after your first free extension. To request this, please use the form below.
Out-of-Pocket Discount
We understand that actuarial study materials are expensive, which is why we offer a 20% discount for anyone who’s buying 100% out-of-pocket.
