The course helped me understand in-depth both the basic reserving and basic ratemaking, and provide the “core” foundation of how to fully understand the different methods, instead of just memorizing formulas. The team are always quick, effective, and patient to respond to questions and I always felt welcome and treated professionally. All in all, I highly recommend the online course, or at least the Cookbook, to improve the chances of passing the exam.
